Best car shopping experience by far!! Marc G. is the best! He was extremely knowledgeable about their car (surprisingly rare these days), was super patient, personable, and made sure I didn’t leave the lot without my car 100% set up and ready (even the small details that I wouldn’t have otherwise known to adjust). Everyone I encountered was honest and fair (again, unlike most dealerships). I highly recommend Marc and the team at this Hyundai location!

Purchased 2025 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience trim - AWD from Nathan at Napleton in Glenview. He was very responsive to my emails and we eventually agreed on a price. I appreciated his promptness and most of all addressing all of my questions and concerns. I’m sure that if I wanted him to spend more time showing me the features of the vehicle that he would have. But we were the last people in the dealership and the hour was getting late. Even the finance guy Ancil was pleasant. At no time did I feel pressure to make a purchase or add additional services. With that being said, it’s up to the buyer to do their homework ahead of time to streamline this entire process. Know what you’re willing and able to spend before agreeing to anything. This dealership passed the first test with flying colors. I’m hoping that should I have any concerns or issues with my car down the road that the service department and salesman will be just as pleasant and ethical as during the sale of the vehicle. I’ll give updates as that happens. I did agree to the extended warranty and dent and tire warranty. Lastly, I believe that Napleton offered me a fair trade in value for my 2022 Venue. Again, do your homework before saying yes to anything. As of now, I would feel comfortable recommending Nathan and this dealership for your next automobile purchase.

We had an awesome experience buying our Hyundai from Adam. We'd visited other dealers and looked at other cars before coming here, and we'd been met with deception, arguing, needless hassling, and really poor attitudes, so coming in, our expectations weren't high. However, the staff at Napleton Glenview turned it around for us, especially Adam. He was patient, not pushy, and very knowledgable. He was able to give us helpful context for all of our questions, and he was also willing to let us speak privately when needed-- there was a lot of trust in the buying process on both ends. In the end, we left very happily with a new car. From start to finish, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back when we need our next car.

A couple of months ago, my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was experiencing some jerky issues when driving. I took it to the dealer, my service adviser was Terry, he worked to have the vehicle diagnosed, and then filed a claim with my aftermarket warranty provider. I was impressed with the amount of time the dealer invested with the warranty company, via calls, emails, and even scheduling a warranty representative to perform a vehicle inspection. When push came to shove with the warranty provider, the Service Manager Rich got involved, my claim was approved and the dealer performed the work of replacing a front wheel bearing, sealing a leaky oil pan, replacing a wheel bearing, and lastly replacing my vehicle transmission. Apparently an electronic part internally had failed. The entire team went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. Thank you Glenview Hyundai Service Team!

I continually read negative reviews about Genesis Service which is disheartening. I bought my 24 GV 70 from this dealership as a Hyundai/Genesis dealer. They are not exclusive Genesis. The purchase process was pleasant, no pressure & fair. Very positive experience. Adam our Sales guy was attentive & professional while working the best deal he could for all. When I got a recall notice, I was reluctant due to the many negative service reviews I had read about other dealers for this brand. I booked an appointment on line & the ease of doing so was great! They came & picked my car, left a loaner car at my home & got the service done within several hours. The Service Director, Richard, came out for the service pick up & delivery. He was awesome. We had a great discussion about Genesis, features, pros & cons & he was a true wealth of knowledge. He is an asset to the dealership & the Genesis brand. My car was hand washed, wheels & tires cleaned like new & interior was even vacuumed. All I can say is that this is a great dealership that I will continue to recommend highly. I appreciate the professionalism & attention to detail they showed start to finish!

I recommend Jerrod here if you are gonna buy a car. He is transparent and honest enough to offer a reasonable deal. If you don’t waste time and get a fair price car, go to Napleton Hyundai. All people were helpful and kind. Don’t fight with poor dealers, save your time and money.

We worked with Will, who was professional, polite, enjoyable to talk to, and very easy to get a hold of. When we saw a used car that was there, there were some repairable issues that he had the dealership take care of. He was honest and was insistent on the car being to the standard their original listing displayed. Would definitely work with them again. P.S. we bought the car.

My experience at Napleton Hyundai Glenview was really great. Buying a new car can be intimidating and sometimes overwhelming, but Marc and his team at Napleton Hyundai provided quality service worth noting. On my first visit (without an appointment) I was welcomed by Marc. He took time to talk to me about different options and we test drove a few cars. He was never pushy, and always helpful. I received a few follow up calls from the team at Napleton, and when I went in to purchase the car that experience was seamless. The Sales Manager (Dan) and their Finance Manager were really great to work with. I received a follow-up call from Marc the day after I purchased my car to ensure that everything was good.
