“ Purchased 2025 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience trim - AWD from Nathan at Napleton in Glenview. He was very responsive to my emails and we eventually agreed on a price. I appreciated his promptness and most of all addressing all of my questions and concerns. I’m sure that if I wanted him to spend more time showing me the features of the vehicle that he would have. But we were the last people in the dealership and the hour was getting late. Even the finance guy Ancil was pleasant. At no time did I feel pressure to make a purchase or add additional services.
