“ A couple of months ago, my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was experiencing some jerky issues when driving. I took it to the dealer, my service adviser was Terry, he worked to have the vehicle diagnosed, and then filed a claim with my aftermarket warranty provider. I was impressed with the amount of time the dealer invested with the warranty company, via calls, emails, and even scheduling a warranty representative to perform a vehicle inspection. When push came to shove with the warranty provider, the Service Manager Rich got involved, my claim was approved and the dealer performed the work of replacing a front wheel bearing, sealing a leaky oil pan, replacing a wheel bearing, and lastly replacing my vehicle transmission. Apparently an electronic part internally had failed. The entire team went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. Thank you Glenview Hyundai Service Team! ”
