I drove into the facility and they were able to quickly understand the problem. I was given a loaner car from the facility. There was a snowstorm that made the needed parts coming from New Jersey take a little longer to get to the Glenview facility. There was no problem with this as they extended the use of their loaner. The new waiting area is very comfortable, attractive, clean, and has many amenities such as coffee and snacks, and a place to sit and browse a laptop. I especially love the new upgraded carwash service which includes vacuuming the interior, cleaning the floor mats and drying the vehicle to a shine! Definitely a plus and much appreciated! ”
