“ Purchased 2025 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience trim - AWD from Nathan at Napleton in Glenview. He was very responsive to my emails and we eventually agreed on a price. I appreciated his promptness and most of all addressing all of my questions and concerns. I’m sure that if I wanted him to spend more time showing me the features of the vehicle that he would have. But we were the last people in the dealership and the hour was getting late. Even the finance guy Ancil was pleasant. At no time did I feel pressure to make a purchase or add additional services. With that being said, it’s up to the buyer to do their homework ahead of time to streamline this entire process. Know what you’re willing and able to spend before agreeing to anything. This dealership passed the first test with flying colors. I’m hoping that should I have any concerns or issues with my car down the road that the service department and salesman will be just as pleasant and ethical as during the sale of the vehicle. I’ll give updates as that happens. I did agree to the extended warranty and dent and tire warranty. Lastly, I believe that Napleton offered me a fair trade in value for my 2022 Venue. “ A couple of months ago, my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was experiencing some jerky issues when driving. I took it to the dealer, my service adviser was Terry, he worked to have the vehicle diagnosed, and then filed a claim with my aftermarket warranty provider. I was impressed with the amount of time the dealer invested with the warranty company, via calls, emails, and even scheduling a warranty representative to perform a vehicle inspection. When push came to shove with the warranty provider, the Service Manager Rich got involved, my claim was approved and the dealer performed the work of replacing a front wheel bearing, sealing a leaky oil pan, replacing a wheel bearing, and lastly replacing my vehicle transmission. Apparently an electronic part internally had failed. The entire team went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. Thank you Glenview Hyundai Service Team! ”
